Tyrus and VonGretchen are the owners and operators of Bessie’s Bites and Sweet Delights. Established in April 2022 the Bessie’s Bites and Sweet Delights will continue to serve the midlands and beyond.

Bessie Bites is a DBA of the original company, Bessie’s Sweet Delights. As the original business began to grow, the owners wanted to expand its brand and maintain the connection to the communities they serve. Bessie’s Bites and Sweet Delights is a state-of-the-art food trailer offering your favorite desserts and some of your favorite homestyle and fast foods, too.
